Delivery, Shipping and Pickup

Shipping or Pickup Options Customers will have the option to ship or pickup their items during the checkout process. Shipping items will ship with USPS, UPS or FEDEX. All engines and transmissions will be shipped by freight company of our choice.

Shipping times Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed, but high volume periods can change shipping times drastically.  You will receive an email notification providing you with the tracking number when the order ships.

Delivery Option Yes we do offer delivery services. All delivery orders need to be place over the phone

Free local delivery within 10 mile radius
Residential delivery Requirement: 
-Must have a way to offload the engine or transmission on site. 
-En route delivery, you will receive a phone call 10 to 15 mins. prior to drop off. This will give you plenty of time to prepare for the item drop off. 
Business Place Requirement: 
-Must have a way to offload the engine or transmission on site.
-En route delivery, you will receive a phone call 15 to 30 mins. prior to drop off. This will give you plenty of time to prepare for the item drop off.

Pick Up Order

Local Pick-up hours: Orders that have already been placed can be picked up Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays from 10am-2pm* EST.  We encourage you to place your order online or by phone (513-942-6600). Once your order is placed you can immediately come in and pick up your order as we will deliver it to you in real time in our facility. PLEASE NOTE: Orders that have not been picked up within 5 business days will be canceled and subject to a 15% restocking fee without notice. *Hours/pickup times and procedures are subject to change.  Feel free to call or email us to verify your order is ready for pickup.

Sales Tax Orders picked up at our facility or being shipped or delivered will be charged Butler County sales tax rates for Ohio.  Businesses that qualify as tax exempt must provide a valid Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification (W-9 form) prior to completing your order. We will not provide this form.  No refunds will be given for orders processed with sales tax.
